ScribeLock Terms of Use
User of ScribeLock software is referred to below as the “therapist”. “Client” refers to the therapist’s client or patient. By using ScribeLock software, you agree to the following terms.
Obtain Client Consent Before Recording: ScribeLock keeps all associated data on the therapist's computer, in secure encrypted format, for the minimal amount of time necessary. For example, the session recording is encrypted, never leaves the therapist's computer, and is immediately deleted after AI documentation generation. Nevertheless, recordings of therapy sessions should not be made without client consent. It is the therapist's responsibility to obtain client consent for recording.
Therapist Is Responsible for Final Documentation: AI can make mistakes. All AI-generated outputs should be reviewed and edited as necessary.
Apple EULA: See the standard Apple End User License Agreement for other terms of use.
